Bay Attendant – Luxury Golf Entertainment

About the role

Luxe Golf Bays is a cutting‑edge entertainment destination in Franklin, WI, offering high‑tech golf experiences and a full‑service hospitality environment. We are seeking enthusiastic Bay Attendants to greet guests, guide them through our food and beverage offerings, and ensure a memorable visit.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly greet every guest and guide them through menus, suggesting premium items to enhance the experience and drive sales.
• Take orders, deliver food and drinks promptly, and maintain engaging interaction throughout the service.
• Assist guests in understanding and safely enjoying the golf bay games, including explaining safety rules.
• Observe responsible alcohol service policies and maintain a clean, organized dining and gaming area.
• Demonstrate food safety, sanitation, and organizational skills while completing duties efficiently.

Required profile

• Availability for varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑volume, upscale dining environment (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of standard drink recipes and a solid understanding of food, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to obtain any required local licenses or certifications.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and teamwork skills in a fast‑paced setting.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and perform bending or stooping as needed.
