Associate Manager - Operations

About the role

The Associate Manager – Operations leads a small, customer‑focused warehouse team, ensuring order fulfilment and problem resolution. You will supervise staff, coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, and maintain service quality through KPI monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warehouse staff across all functional areas, providing training, coaching, and counseling.
• Oversee multiple warehouse management systems and value‑added services, ensuring on‑time operational activities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and external service providers on pre‑sales feasibility and cost analysis.
• Track and review performance of 3PL warehouses, customs brokers, local transporters, and forwarders, ensuring invoices match contracts.
• Maintain budgetary control of department costs and expenses.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance for the facility.

Required profile

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of warehouse and distribution operations experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to operate or obtain a forklift certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certified or able to obtain certification).
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
• Basic computer skills.
