Associate Consultant – Data Analytics

About the role

PremiumIQ is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its data analytics team serving the insurance industry. You will help clients transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting initiatives that improve loss ratios, revenue, and claim processing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines from structured and unstructured sources.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to define data requirements and develop data models, warehouses, and lakes.
• Ensure data quality, security, and availability while monitoring pipeline performance.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards that translate complex insurance data into clear visual stories.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and aggregation.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for governance improvements.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, presenting findings and building strong stakeholder relationships.
