Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

Join CEC Entertainment as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and help lead a high‑energy team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences for families. You will support daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate team members to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach the team to deliver outstanding guest service while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Manage cost control, inventory, financials, and labor.
• Rotate through four Areas of Impact: Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom, overseeing product ordering, food safety, merchandising, party execution, and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
