About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Community Manager to join the River Pointe team in Boise. The role supports the Community Manager in the day‑to‑day financial and operational management of the property, ensuring smooth resident experiences and accurate financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Community Manager with accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare monthly close‑out reports and other financial statements.
- Process invoices, collect rent, fees and other payments.
- Perform bank deposits, account reconciliations and dispositions.
- Utilise property management software to record, track and report all financial activities.
Required profile
- Previous experience in property or community management.
- Strong attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and support a high‑performing team.
