About the role

The Leasing Manager for Zenn Skyview will lead all leasing and marketing activities to drive revenue, occupancy, and resident retention for this Phoenix community. You will oversee a leasing team, coordinate advertising efforts, and ensure a steady inventory of ready‑to‑rent apartments.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and online advertising, and sales initiatives.
• Manage on‑site traffic, set rent pricing, concessions, and maintain an inventory of ready units.
• Monitor daily leasing operations and guide team members to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Analyze market and competitor trends to adjust strategies and sustain occupancy.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including creative promotional tactics.

Required profile

• Experience in property leasing or real‑estate marketing.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to interpret market data and adjust pricing strategies.
