Maintenance Supervisor – Logger Creek Apartments

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor at Logger Creek Apartments ensures that all building systems, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This onsite position supports a high‑performing team that delivers exceptional customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate outside vendors, tracking warranties and service agreements.
• Develop and enforce standards for property cleanliness and overall appearance.
• Perform hot‑water system repairs and routine maintenance.
• Execute basic carpentry tasks and minor repairs as needed.
• Supervise up to five maintenance staff members.
• Assist in budgeting for regular repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital expenses.
• Delegate and complete resident work orders promptly.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of hot‑water repair and maintenance.
• Basic carpentry skills and hands‑on repair ability.
• Proven supervisory experience overseeing a small team.
