Assistant Community Manager (One Adrian)

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational performance of a mid‑rise, stabilized community of 265 units. The role focuses on accounting, rent collection, invoice processing, and accurate reporting using property‑management software.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Process vendor invoices, obtain approvals, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and manage payments.
• Generate monthly close‑out financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite to record transactions, maintain data integrity, and perform system backups.
• Review resident files for delinquent balances, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in property‑management accounting or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software tools; BMR experience is a plus.
• Eligibility for a 40% housing discount and commission/bonus incentives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi (or OneSite) property‑management software.
• Experience using Funnel and other CRM systems.
