Armed Security Guard – Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo

About the role

The Armed Security Guard will provide comprehensive security services at Camp Bondsteel, a United States Army installation in Pristina, Kosovo. This position involves protecting the installation, its facilities, and tenants while supporting a U.S. Government contract.

Key responsibilities

• Perform access control, roving patrols, and surveillance of the installation.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets.
• Operate and maintain security equipment and reporting systems.
• Enforce force protection measures and support emergency response actions.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with a valid U.S. passport.
• U.S. Secret security clearance (sponsorship available).
• Minimum two years of recent armed security, law‑enforcement, or military experience.
• Completion of a state‑recognized security or law‑enforcement academy, or equivalent military training.
• Ability to pass NCIC/FBI background check, physical ability test, medical exam, and random drug testing.

Required skills

• Knowledge of security operations and basic force protection.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Physical fitness to meet the specified run and push‑up standards.
