Senior Guard

About the role

The Senior Guard will lead small teams of security personnel, ensuring the safety and protection of assets and personnel in high‑risk environments. This position requires extensive experience in armed security, physical security, and access control, as well as the ability to adapt to overseas assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise small groups of guards and assume positions of greater responsibility as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all contractual training and certification requirements.
• Coordinate with program management to fill alternate positions when required.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship.
• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience in military, law enforcement, or armed commercial guard forces, including physical security and access control.
• Successful completion of the supervisory and guard training courses outlined in the WPS III IDIQ.
• Ability to travel overseas and work in dangerous or unhealthy environments.

Required skills

• Qualification with Glock‑19, M4 or MK18 firearms.
• Qualification with M240 and M249 machine guns.
• Maintain a Personnel Security Clearance/Public Trust determination.
• Pass and maintain the WPS III Physical Readiness Test at 65% performance level.
