Ambulatory CEM Consultant

About the role

The Ambulatory CEM Consultant will partner with department leaders and staff across care delivery sites to improve the customer experience. This role involves consulting, coaching, and training to ensure positive interactions and alignment with the organization’s patient‑centric goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one observation, coaching, and training for staff and leaders based on site needs.
• Design and deliver group training sessions and presentations tailored to each location.
• Collaborate with the Consumer Experience Analytics team to interpret customer experience data.
• Develop training content and action plans using analytics insights.
• Support leaders in meeting customer experience metrics through ongoing consultations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least two years of professional experience in education, business, healthcare, or customer experience.
• Strong ability to analyze and tell stories with data to drive business outcomes.
• Proven experience creating and delivering training materials for diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
