Remote Nurse – AI Model Training (Hourly)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Nurse to help train and evaluate AI chatbots in the healthcare domain. The role is fully remote and allows you to work on a flexible schedule while contributing to the improvement of AI-driven medical assistance tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide diverse and complex healthcare scenarios for AI chatbots to process.
• Assess the outputs of AI models for accuracy, logical consistency, and clinical relevance.
• Identify and document errors or gaps in model performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to refine model behavior based on evaluation results.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Current or in‑progress medical degree (e.g., RN, NP, PA, MD).
• Strong clinical knowledge across a broad range of medical specialties.
• Residency in the United States.
