Vice President, Pharmacy Operations

About the role

Legacy Community Health is seeking a visionary leader to serve as Vice President of Pharmacy Operations. In this senior role you will direct all non‑clinical pharmacy functions, including retail pharmacy, supply chain, information systems, and the 340B drug pricing program, to expand access to affordable, high‑quality care for underserved communities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for retail pharmacy, supply chain, call center, and central fill operations.
• Ensure compliance and optimize performance of the 340B program, managing contract pharmacy relationships and third‑party administrators.
• Develop and execute a multi‑year growth plan for retail pharmacy operations, focusing on efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Streamline workflows in the Pharmacy Call Center and Central Fill to improve patient experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to increase prescription volume, patient access, and financial sustainability.
• Maintain alignment with HRSA grant requirements and RW/HRSA grantee compliance.

Required profile

• Proven executive‑level experience in pharmacy operations, preferably within a safety‑net or community health setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of 340B drug pricing regulations and retail pharmacy growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills to work with clinical leadership and external partners.
