About the role

Join a fast‑growing home‑health team delivering pediatric speech‑language therapy to families in Southwest Houston. You will start with an immediate, full caseload of children, many in multi‑child homes, and use play‑based techniques to help them achieve communication milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engaging, play‑based speech‑language therapy sessions in patients' homes.
• Document progress accurately and share updates with families and the interdisciplinary therapy team.
• Maintain a flexible schedule that aligns with the geographic locations of your caseload.
• Collaborate with caregivers to reinforce therapy goals between visits.

Required profile

• Active Texas Speech‑Language Pathology license.
• Experience working with pediatric populations (preferred).
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
• Strong passion for helping children succeed.
