AI Quality Assurance Consultant – Jersey City

About the role

The AI Quality Assurance Consultant will join Infosys' Insurance unit to help design, develop, and test AI‑driven software solutions for the insurance industry. Working closely with business analysts and technical teams, you will ensure that AI applications meet high standards of quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements for AI solutions.
• Participate in software design discussions and capture design decisions.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain new features in existing applications while preserving system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes, and support production issue resolution.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for new applications.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in software development, code review processes, and automated testing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
