AI Quality Assurance Consultant

About the role

Infosys' Financial Services unit is seeking an AI Quality Assurance Consultant to support digital transformation projects for banks, wealth managers and insurers. You will work with cutting‑edge AI technologies, collaborate with industry experts, and help deliver high‑quality software solutions that drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Document business requirements and contribute to requirements elicitation.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture design decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code repositories and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes and uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
