AI Presales Leader & Solutions Architect

About the role

The AI Presales Leader, Solutions Architect will help lead AI initiatives at ePlus, both internally and with customers. This player‑coach role guides a team, stays close to technology, advises executives, and represents ePlus at events.

Key responsibilities

• Set AI priorities for ePlus and drive responsible AI adoption across the organization.
• Lead and coach AI‑focused presales professionals while staying hands‑on in high‑impact customer engagements.
• Act as a trusted AI advisor to customer executives, translating business problems into clear AI roadmaps and solution options.
• Develop promising AI use cases from definition through prototype, business case, and repeatable ePlus offerings.
• Build regional AI growth plans, track pipeline metrics, and maintain relationships with key AI technology partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in presales engineering, solutions architecture, consulting, or technical sales.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring technical presales or architecture teams.
• Proven experience designing, positioning, or implementing AI/ML, data analytics, automation, or cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI infrastructure, data platforms, and AI governance.
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
