About the role
We are partnering with a well‑established professional services firm seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and help keep the team running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, serving as the primary contact for clients and visitors.
- Maintain an organized office environment, including supplies, equipment, and resources.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations; ensure accurate filing systems.
- Assist with data entry and database management while preserving confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative support such as travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting logistics.
- Collaborate with colleagues on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or related field preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Concur expense management system.
