About the role
Fox Corporation’s Corporate Office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide day‑to‑day support across facilities, vendor management, and departmental projects. The role demands strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Register visitors and vendors, submit and track facilities work orders, and liaise with building management.
- Coordinate guest office and conference‑room reservations and organize in‑person and Zoom meetings.
- Submit ID badge access requests and maintain departmental files in Box.
- Liaise with vendors (cleaners, painters, electricians, plumbers), assist with onboarding, and process invoices.
- Finalize monthly Conference Center usage back‑billing with Finance and distribute weekly food‑and‑beverage menus.
- Support departmental projects, events, and manage monthly invoice processing.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure follow‑up on outstanding needs.
Required profile
- 2+ years of administrative or office‑support experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling several projects simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Box for file management.
- Familiarity with Zoom for virtual meetings.
