ACH/Wire Payments Product Consultant – Charlotte, NC

About the role

Infosys is seeking an ACH/Wire Payments Product Consultant to join its Financial Services team in Charlotte, NC. The role will lead project delivery for payment‑related product initiatives, acting as a bridge between technical teams and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, identifying and resolving resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams with advisory and consulting activities, including product evaluation, benchmarking, and system configuration.
• Monitor deliverables across all project phases, maintaining quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the payments domain, specifically ACH and wire transfers, and familiarity with ISO/SWIFT messaging.
• Ability to create product features and user stories.
• Strong risk‑management and governance capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaborative relationship building.
