Accountant - Associate

About the role

MillerKnoll is seeking an Associate Accountant to support the finance team in maintaining accurate ledger accounts and preparing routine financial reports. Working under direct supervision, you will apply basic accounting principles to ensure data integrity and compliance with corporate financial guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance colleagues and internal contacts to collect and validate financial data.
• Assist in communicating limited information under supervision.
• Maintain and monitor basic ledger accounts.
• Generate routine financial reports for business units.
• Follow established procedures for documentation and compliance.
• Perform additional tasks as requested to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or an Associate degree with relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of accounting or accounting support experience.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with office automation tools used in the MillerKnoll environment.
