Account Director – Performance Marketing

Level Agency, an AI‑powered performance marketing firm, is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead client relationships, translate strategy into execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This remote, full‑time position works with U.S. and Canadian clients across a range of digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own a focused portfolio of performance‑marketing accounts, guiding strategy, execution, and results.
• Connect client business goals to integrated marketing plans that include media, SEO, creative, data, CRM, website, CRO, and reporting.
• Provide expert guidance on Google Ads and paid‑media strategy, spotting issues before they become escalations.
• Lead client meetings and internal workshops, pushing back with purpose to protect outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading client relationships in a performance‑marketing agency.
• Deep understanding of how modern marketing channels (media, SEO, creative, data, CRM, website, CRO, analytics) work together.
• Ability to speak credibly about Google Ads and paid‑media strategy.
• Strong focus on client business results rather than isolated campaign metrics.
• Comfortable managing a focused book of accounts with depth, not a high‑volume shallow roster.
