Access Coordinator II – Women’s Center

About the role

The Access Coordinator II supports the Women’s Center by managing patient access, scheduling, and administrative processes to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments and referrals for the Women’s Center.
• Maintain accurate access records and update patient information in the system.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, clinicians, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with reporting and data collection for quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health administration preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical support setting.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
