About the role

The Access Coordinator II position supports the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) by managing access to internal job posting systems and ensuring smooth application processes for staff and students.

Key responsibilities

• Log in to Workday via MyApps.Microsoft.com.
• Search for and view open positions using the “Find Jobs” or “Find Jobs for Students” functions.
• Submit applications and manage draft applications through the Candidate Home page.
• Adhere to closing dates and ensure applications are completed before the deadline.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employee, including student employees and graduate assistants.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
