About the role

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company is hiring 1099 Bath Installers to install home remodeling products according to company standards. The position involves installing residential showers, tubs, acrylics and stone panels while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products following Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for each application.
• Communicate with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete a job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience installing residential showers, tubs, acrylics and stone panels.
• Experience setting drains and installing valves.
• Established LLC or business operating under an EIN, with general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
• Own a cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or a vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
