Install Manager

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is expanding its Midwest markets and seeks a highly skilled Install Manager to oversee the post‑sale to final installation process, manage customer experience and vendor relationships within the Pittsburgh market.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect all aspects of projects to determine scope of work.
• Manage multiple crews, personnel, and projects simultaneously.
• Communicate agreements between the company and customers, negotiating changes as needed.
• Analyze licensing and permitting requirements and obtain necessary permits.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist in the warehouse for product staging.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and travel between job sites and states as required.

Required profile

• 2+ years of high‑level Construction Management experience.
• Extensive exterior home improvement experience.
• Experience overseeing teams of Project Managers and building team culture.
• Professionalism, strong leadership, and extreme ownership.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly evolved customer service abilities.
