About the role
Join Philips as a Zone Project Management Director for Imaging Systems in the East Zone. You will lead a team of Customer Project Managers to deliver complex healthcare installations, drive operational and financial performance, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, mentoring, talent development and succession planning for Customer Project Managers.
- Partner with hospitals, general contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet critical project milestones and customer commitments.
- Navigate and lead complex commercial installation and construction projects, accelerating order‑to‑completion cycles and predictable revenue delivery.
- Oversee project portfolios, including planning, resource allocation, revenue forecasting, inventory utilization, budget management and schedule adherence.
- Serve as senior escalation point for complex customer and operational issues, proactively managing risks and maintaining strong relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing KPIs, business insights and customer feedback to increase efficiency and value.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 + years of leadership experience in construction project management, service delivery or related fields, preferably in medical imaging or healthcare technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering or equivalent experience; PMP certification preferred.
- Ability to travel approximately 20 % of the time across the East Zone, including overnight stays and occasional national travel.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship and residence within the defined East Zone states.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using PowerBI for data visualization.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Familiarity with existing and emerging AI technologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
