About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, teachable young leader to serve as a Youth Ministry Resident at Keystone Church. The role focuses on helping middle and high school students know and follow Jesus while growing in your own education.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor students in authentic community, fostering a love for the gospel.
- Organize and participate in youth events, worship, and outreach activities.
- Support students in their spiritual growth, including salvation, baptism, and sharing their faith.
Required profile
- Devoted follower of Christ with a deep passion for reaching the next generation.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, growing church environment and eager to learn.
- Enthusiastic about investing in students and “geeking‑out” on Jesus.
