WPF Full-Stack Application Developer

About the role

Tibersoft is looking for a WPF Full‑Stack Application Developer to design, build, and modernize core analytics applications used by leading Food‑Away‑From‑Home CPG manufacturers. You will work at the intersection of rich desktop user experiences, data‑intensive workflows, and cloud‑backed services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance WPF‑based analytics applications using C# and .NET.
• Build full‑stack features that span UI, application logic, and data access.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Professional Services teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Integrate applications with cloud data platforms, APIs, and analytics services.
• Improve performance, usability, and maintainability of a mature, business‑critical codebase.
• Support active customers while contributing to modernization efforts.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience with a strong foundation in WPF, C#, and .NET.
• 3+ years of full‑stack development across UI, services, data, and integration.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted coding tools such as Copilot or Claude.
• Experience building data‑heavy or analytics‑driven applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a small, fast‑moving SaaS team.
