About the role
This full‑time position supports the Campus Pastor in building a passionate, skillful worship culture at the Prattville campus of Church of the Highlands.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and lead the campus worship team for services and events as scheduled by the Central Worship Pastor.
- Oversee auditions, orientations, weekly development sessions, team meetings, and quarterly worship nights.
- Plan and implement worship projects, coordinate scheduling, and assist with campus events and conferences.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of worship leading and hands‑on ministry experience in a local church.
- Effective pastoral and administrative leadership with strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Ableton, ROCK software, HighlandsFinancials, and Planning Center Online.
- Ability to play voice, piano, or guitar and lead a worship team.
