Workshop Sales Representative – Chicago Area

About the role

As a Workshop Sales Representative for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket in the Chicago area, you will be the primary point of contact for automotive workshops, promoting Bosch’s full product portfolio—including parts, diagnostic equipment, and service solutions. You will help workshops increase loyalty, adopt new tools, and improve their service offering.

Key responsibilities

• Drive participation in the eXtra loyalty program and follow up regularly.
• Promote and manage roll‑out of the Workshop Order Manager (WOM) across the region.
• Acquire new workshops for concept modules and provide ongoing support.
• Encourage enrollment in training programs and collect feedback for improvement.
• Sell Hotline Services, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Checks and Vehicle Check Apps.
• Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools, as well as for Bosch Car Service.
• Promote equipment, diagnostic campaigns and cross‑sell Workshop Test Equipment.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups on equipment usage and ensure data quality in CRM systems.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven sales experience in the automotive aftermarket or related field.
• Strong consultative selling ability with a focus on workshop needs.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workshop accounts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bosch C4C (CRM) system.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting.
• Familiarity with myBCS digital tools.
