About the role

Join a mission‑driven organization that saves lives by encouraging blood donations. As a Work‑From‑Home Customer Service Representative you will engage donors over the phone, secure their commitment, and guide them through the donation process. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, and can be performed from any home location in Oklahoma, Texas, or Arkansas.

Key responsibilities

• Call donors from assigned lists to obtain commitment for blood donation.
• Follow call scripts, meet calls‑per‑hour standards, and leave accurate recorded messages.
• Schedule donor appointments and record all interactions promptly.
• Handle inbound calls, route inquiries, and provide donor education on automated donation procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical and personal donor information.
• Update donor profiles through precise data entry and route medical questions appropriately.
• Assist in training paid and volunteer staff when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pleasant voice and professional telephone manner.
• One year of experience in customer service or telemarketing (preferred).
• Ability to work unscheduled or extended hours during crises or special blood‑need events.
• Reliable home internet connection, cell phone, and a computer (provided by the employer).
