Key responsibilities

• Litigate workers’ compensation claims involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss.
• Collaborate with experienced shareholders and associates for mentorship and skill development.
• Develop case management skills through hands‑on experience, feedback, and goal‑setting.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of litigation experience in workers’ compensation.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
