Workday Supply Chain Management Senior Manager

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Technology Consulting Senior Manager for its Workday team, based in Pittsburgh with additional locations in Cincinnati, Columbus, Minneapolis and Salt Lake City. As a Senior Manager you will partner with clients to identify and manage risk, develop strategies to solve complex business problems, build lasting client relationships and act as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday SCM solution architecture and design, covering Procurement, Inventory, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contracts and related modules
• Provide functional and technical leadership on Workday SCM optimization, including process redesign, configuration enhancements and continuous improvement roadmaps
• Develop, maintain and manage implementation plans, including requirements gathering, data conversion, testing and post-go-live support
• Run design workshops, lead supplier master data harmonization and conversion, and implement solutions using process automation, IoT, big data, AI/ML, predictive analytics and blockchain
• Conduct gap analyses, application control reviews and risk assessments; assess Workday SCM platforms in the context of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance is a plus
• Help prepare client proposals and strategies to win new business

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Supply Chain Management, MIS or Accounting/Finance
• 7+ years of experience in professional services or industry
• Interest in project management, team leadership and mentoring, and in building client relationships
• Experience with Workday SCM implementation, testing strategies and supplier master data harmonization
• Familiarity with Source-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management systems

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
• Preferred: Workday Financials/Supply Chain certification or similar

What we offer

• Salary range of $128,000-$205,000, with a 14% bonus target and a total cash range of $145,920-$233,700
