Workday Financials Senior Consultant

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for a senior professional with Workday certification in Budgets, Customers, or Projects to join a remote, full‑time team. The role involves implementing and leading workstreams for Customers, Projects, and Assets while providing coaching and stakeholder presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and lead workstreams in Customers, Projects, and Assets.
• Coach less experienced certified consultants.
• Present to stakeholders and collaborate closely with the client to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans for Workday Financials modules.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business process, configuration, and training materials.

Required profile

• Certified in Workday Budgets, Customers, or Projects.
• 4+ years of Workday implementation consulting experience.
• 2+ years leading Customers, Projects, and Assets workstreams.
• Polished communication, persuasive presentation, and coaching experience.
• Flexible, organized, and collaborative work style.
