Workday Application Security & Controls Manager

About the role

As a Workday Application Security & Controls Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of security and compliance solutions within Workday for our technology consulting clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their regulatory requirements, ensure data protection, and drive operational efficiency through effective use of Workday applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of security measures within Workday to enhance compliance and data protection.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored security solutions aligned with regulatory standards.
• Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of compliance and security initiatives.
• Oversee integration and utilization of business applications to optimize operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to clients for seamless Workday integration.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain project quality, timelines, and collective ownership.
• Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data.
• Mentor team members, leveraging strengths and fostering professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage client accounts, and deliver projects on time.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
