Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner

About the role

Advantia Health, in partnership with Reiter, Hill & Johnson, is seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive women’s health services across the care continuum.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses and prescribe necessary medications.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and manage common acute and chronic conditions.
• Facilitate referrals, communicate with collaborating physicians, and perform minor surgical procedures and emergency life‑saving interventions.

Required profile

• Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (Washington DC preferred) and as a Registered Nurse.
• 3+ years of experience in women’s health, including gyn, antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care.

Required skills

• BLS certification (or obtain prior to patient care).
