About the role
Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a detail‑oriented Window Measurement Technician who will own the post‑sale customer and vendor experience for window projects in the Detroit market, guiding each job from measurement through final installation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct accurate measurements to confirm custom orders and qualify for a bonus.
- Determine the scope of work by inspecting each job site.
- Input precise job‑site information into company systems to prepare orders and installations.
- Travel between 2‑3 job sites per day using a company‑provided vehicle.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of construction management experience.
- 2+ years measuring windows and doors.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform administrative tasks.
- Professionalism, self‑motivation, and excellent communication skills.
