About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide weekend home health visits for adult and geriatric patients in Hyannis and surrounding towns. The role offers a flexible schedule, premium pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key responsibilities
- Perform home visits following a designated care plan, including medication administration, wound care, and treatments.
- Monitor client conditions, report changes to clinical managers, and document observations using a tablet.
- Execute and document doctors' orders, conduct client assessments, and coordinate case management.
Required profile
- Current Massachusetts RN license.
- At least one year of recent clinical experience as a licensed RN; home health experience preferred.
Required skills
- Medication administration

- Clinical documentation on a touch‑pad tablet

- Base pay $58‑$65 per hour plus weekend differential
- Sign‑on bonus of $7,500
