Scheduling Manager – Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Scheduling Manager for its Hyannis, MA office. This position oversees client service coordination, manages emergent scheduling issues, and supports field staff alongside Clinical Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues.
• Maintain and grow a caseload of client services.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Demonstrated record of taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

What we offer

• Base salary $55,000‑$60,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
• Weekly bonus opportunity with a $5,000 guaranteed bonus for the first year.
