Weekend Caregiver – PCA/CNA

About the role

Join Commonwise as a Weekend Caregiver (PCA/CNA) to support clients’ safety, autonomy and quality of life during weekend shifts. Flexible mornings, evenings or night schedules are available.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reliable care during times of need, building long‑lasting relationships with clients and families.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring and feeding.
• Assist with IADLs including light housekeeping, meal preparation, driving clients and facilitating creative hobbies.
• Advocate for clients in community settings and ensure their well‑being.

Required profile

• Open to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, PCTs, MedTechs, Nurse Aides, Companions, PT Assistants, nursing students and similar caregivers.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 20–50 lb, frequent bending, and possibly driving.
• Strong visual, auditory and communication skills.
