CNA/PCA In-Home Caregiver

About the role

Join Commonwise as an In‑Home Caregiver providing compassionate support to clients in their homes. You will help clients maintain safety, autonomy, and quality of life while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding.
• Support IADLs including light housekeeping, meal preparation, driving, and engaging in creative hobbies.
• Advocate for clients in community settings and provide reliable care during times of need.

Required profile

• Open to RN, LPN, CNA, PCA, HHA, PCT, MedTech, nursing students and similar caregiving backgrounds.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 20–50 lb, frequent bending, and possibly drive.
• Strong visual, auditory, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic caregiving techniques for ADLs and IADLs.
• Safe client handling and mobility assistance.
