Web Experience Developer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Web Experience Developer to join our Marketing team and own the web presence for four brands – Simpro, BigChange, ClockShark and AroFlo. The role sits at the crossroads of development, marketing and user experience, focusing on fast, effective, and continuously improving marketing websites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the four brand websites on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Build responsive pages and components from Figma designs.
• Work across multiple CMS platforms, including Webflow.
• Add and manage content, campaigns, landing pages and posts.
• Support marketing initiatives such as advertising campaigns and webinars.
• Analyse existing codebases, identify risks and implement safe improvements.
• Optimise sites for performance, usability, SEO and accessibility.
• Contribute ideas for new components, layouts and UX enhancements.
• Deploy updates efficiently while handling changing priorities.

Required profile

• Experience in front‑end or marketing web development.
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Comfort reading unfamiliar codebases and troubleshooting issues.
• Understanding of how development impacts SEO, performance and conversion.
• Ability to balance planned work with reactive requests.
• Collaborative team player who can communicate with technical and non‑technical colleagues.
