NetSuite Administrator

About the role

DuPont Registry Group is looking for a NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimise its NetSuite ERP platform. The role will work closely with finance, accounting and operational teams to ensure the system supports core financial processes and delivers reliable reporting as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the NetSuite environment, including roles, permissions, workflows and system configurations.
• Support finance and accounting processes such as procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, revenue recognition, intercompany transactions and month‑end close.
• Create and maintain saved searches, reports and dashboards for financial and operational insight.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot transaction and workflow issues, and deliver training and documentation.
• Identify and implement workflow automation and system improvements aligned with business needs.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and other systems (e.g., expense, CRM, reporting tools).

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience administering NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.
• Proven experience supporting finance teams within an ERP environment.
• Ability to build saved searches, reports and dashboards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
