Cybersecurity and Information Security Manager

About the role

The Cybersecurity and Information Security Manager will be the primary security resource for duPont REGISTRY Group, protecting systems, data, websites and third‑party platforms. This role blends hands‑on operational duties with strategic program design in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security logs, alerts and reports from firewalls, EDR, SIEM and cloud environments on a daily basis.
• Manage endpoint, network and email security solutions, ensuring patches, updates and compliance.
• Oversee security of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Respond to security incidents, data breaches and vulnerabilities, coordinating with IT vendors.
• Conduct internal security assessments, coordinate penetration testing and run vulnerability scans.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies aligned with NIST CSF and CIS Controls.
• Support risk assessments, vendor evaluations and compliance with CCPA, GDPR and PCI‑DSS.
• Run employee security awareness and phishing simulation campaigns.
• Provide regular reports to CFO and leadership on security posture, incidents and budgeting needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum seven years of experience in IT security, cybersecurity operations or systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with firewalls, endpoint protection, cloud security, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365 and SIEM platforms.
• Working knowledge of network security, web application security and vulnerability management.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls or ISO 27001.
