Web Developer – Full Stack (Secret Clearance Required)

About the role

AMO is seeking experienced full‑stack Web Developers to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, Florida. The role involves building and maintaining modern web applications while adhering to strict security and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain websites, web applications, and associated databases.
• Ensure code follows industry standards, is well‑structured, and works across browsers and devices.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and server‑side processes.
• Integrate web solutions with other computer applications and infrastructure.
• Design user‑friendly interfaces, navigation, and layouts for cross‑platform compatibility.
• Leverage web frameworks and client‑side coding to enhance user experience.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of professional web‑development experience.
• Proficiency with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and CSS.
• Experience designing, developing, or integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases, schema design, and data integration.
• Familiarity with Git version control and basic Linux command‑line operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
