Warehouse Trainer with $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

As a Trainer at NRI you will be the face of the company for warehouse staff, delivering engaging training on safety, SOPs and best practices. You will mentor new hires, reinforce team spirit and ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate training for new and existing warehouse employees.
• Coach and inspire staff to exceed performance metrics.
• Identify skill gaps and develop training programs, including SOP updates.
• Maintain accurate training logs and documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and report unsafe conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of training experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in dusty, noisy, temperature-varying conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, time-management and adaptability.
• Passes pre-employment background and drug screening.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).
• Ability to read and write Standard Operating Procedures.
• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English.

What we offer

• $21.00 per hour starting pay.
• Monday-Friday 5:00 am – 1:30 pm schedule.
• $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of satisfactory employment.
