Head of Education Technology

About the role

The Head of Education Technology will lead PragerU’s Ed‑Tech initiatives, shaping partnerships, digital products and growth strategies for PragerU Kids and broader educational offerings. This senior position works closely with Education, Marketing and Technology teams to expand reach and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and develop strategic partnerships with EdTech creators, schools, districts and digital learning providers.
• Create cross‑promotional and distribution opportunities for PragerU Kids across partner ecosystems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design new digital tools, features, integrations and learning experiences.
• Assess emerging technologies, including AI, and recommend practical applications for educational content.
• Use audience and engagement data to improve and expand educational products.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in technology, education, digital products or product strategy.
• Strong understanding of the K‑12 education and EdTech landscape.
• Proven ability to work across product, technology, content and marketing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of turning ideas into executable initiatives.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of emerging educational technologies, including AI applications.
