Warehouse Support Specialist

About the role

Competitive Range Solutions seeks a Warehouse Support Specialist to join its government‑focused logistics team. You will manage inbound and outbound equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and support mission‑critical IT deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Accept equipment at the dock, receive, store, and pick/pack items for shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (Raymond Lift certification required within 30 days).
• Conduct automated configuration management, inventory control processing, and reporting using the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System.
• Process, pack, and ship materials for repair, warranty evaluation, or disposal while performing quality‑control checks.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of warehouse management and logistics experience, or high school diploma/GED with 5 years of logistics analysis experience.
• Active Secret US Government Clearance (US citizenship required).
• Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment and with multi‑contractor government teams.

Required skills

• Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation.
• Raymond Lift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
