Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a full-time Warehouse Supervisor for its Eagan, Minnesota facility, working the second shift. The role plans and runs daily manpower, keeps overtime to a minimum and ensures safe, productive operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for the current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum
• Hold daily shift meetings, sharing safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers so safety, service, productivity and reliability are met
• Manage work flows efficiently
• Train, support and direct employees so they understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability and equipment
• Carry out other projects or duties as assigned

Required profile

• Associate's degree with 3 to 5+ years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1+ years of people leadership experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
